Interesting visitor centre with history of the site, and some good opportunities for spending money in independent shops, cafés and a pub. Free to enter but donation welcomed.

There was only a few shops open, antique store was great but we didn't get enough time to look around, it's huge!

Lovley little place, there is a bar (was driving so didnt sample anything😳)a couple of cafes (also didn't try the food) a few little shops and a very large antiquities place which has many, many stalls located within it and much fun to brows. As stated i cannot comment on the food or the beverages but if you are around the area I would recommend 😁

Lovely place spent an afternoon their with our grandchildren. Took them into the indoor play area first before a walk round. Play area is well run and organised, food prices very reasonable. Cafe with outside seating area looks nice didn't have time to call this visit. Good number of small outlets within the site to wonder round. Decent vinal record store. The buildings architecture is really impressive and well maintained. Large carpark with no charge always a welcome bonus.

Fab place to visit: Restaurants, cafes, shops and historical buildings. A previous visit was a speedy walk and shop as I arrived close to closing and viewed to return, which I have now done so. A special mention to Paul's Health Food Shop with a huge range of goodies and the Craft Shop. Also the Restaurant Cafe closed to Paul's. A great place to meet up with friend's, which I did The old Train Station, Steam Trains on special occasions only, I understand they eventually want to open it full time Accessibility: good. Car Park: free across the road from the entrance. Toilets: Two locations on site.
