Visited with my family and had a great time. The bowling was brilliant and the atmosphere was lovely. A special thank you to the young lady on the bowling/cafe reception who was so friendly, helpful and welcoming. She made our visit even better. We’ll definitely be back!

First time dining in this arcade. Lots of tables available, clean friendly place. Very efficient. Food was excellent value for money, I was pleasantly surprised. Checkout the belly busting Hickory burger. Well recommended

Just want to say the young man behind the bar by the pool tables made our visit amazing! He was so helpful and very polite. We didn’t manage to get his name but he had really dark hair with dark facial hair around 6ft tall and perfect teeth

Staff very friendly and assertive. Ordered a philly cheesesteak ciabatta, which came in about 30 mins. i don't mind the wait if its good, and it was. Very good infact. Really the liked the presentation. Mon-fri is 10% off i believe, so make the most of that. A vast menu, with a good vegan / vegetarian selection. Plenty of screens to view the sport. We only accidentally came to this place as a saw a menu in the window downstairs, and im sure well be back again to try some of the other options 8.5-9/10

Great value and a fun atmosphere – glad we chose Empire over Butlins! Visited with friends for a game of bowling and was pleasantly surprised. They had a great deal — buy one game, get one free — so for a group of four, we played two games for just £30. Excellent value. The lanes were clean and well-maintained, and we were able to enjoy a drink and a burger while we played, which added to the relaxed vibe. There’s also plenty to do beyond bowling, with arcade games, pool tables, and a café on site. What really stood out was the atmosphere — not overly busy, no kids running wild, and no blaring music. Just a chilled, enjoyable environment. Honestly, staying at Butlins I probably wouldn’t have thought to go anywhere else, but I’m really glad we gave Empire a try. It was better value, more relaxed, and had a much nicer overall vibe. Would definitely recommend it if you're in Skegness.
