Fun evening, managed go get through 11 games. Some easier to work out how to use than others. Staff were all very friendly. Shout out to Aydn on the bar, it was his second shift - he recommended some tasty beers and kept us entertained while we waited for our game to begin!

Absolutely wonderful. Worth every penny. ALL staff members were genuinely kind and helpful. But I mean all of them. The rooms are a mix of all worlds - lots of fun for all ages honestly. Came to kill some time over half term - and definitely coming back.

The concept of Escape Arcade is something that could be good but I did'nt really enjoy it much if I am honest. In an hour slot we really rushed and squeezed in 11 of the 30 rooms. Theres no need to have most of these games be 5mins long, in reality I think 3 mins would be fine for most of the games. Instructions should be clearer on games and a set of them inside as well as outside the room. Some games were great like the Snakes one and the school desk quiz game. But some of the games were utterly dire and have no place in something like this. I mean 5mins of putting soft play ball pit balls into cones that jam up constantly is boring and so was the task with images being revealed and 5mins of bowling balls rolling into a spinning thing. Catapults in the fort game totally useless, only worked if you threw the balls. I would far prefer to go to Prison Island which seemed much more varied and fun and could leave games when you wanted and were not stuck in for 5mins doing a boring game. Plus you have to set up an app with password, etc to get scores at the end. What a hassle. Why cant you just email results like most places do? Its a shame as the setting and build quality is good, staff friendly but it just falls very short of what I wanted.

We had such a fantastic time at Enigma Quests with the kids. The huge variety of short missions were perfect — quick, exciting, and got the kids thinking fast. Each challenge kept all engaged, needing calm focus while still delivering that thrilling escape-room buzz. They were sweating towards the end. The Y2K mission was my personal favourite, even though, as a millennial, I failed it, the kids weren't impressed. Lockers are provided to lock away your valuables and the location is convenient and the pricing is reasonable for the experience. I’d highly recommend for a kids’ day out, or with friends or work colleagues, or a date. Make sure you're all super hydrated beforehand.

Really great concept, a few flaws to iron out to make it a 5 star. The waiting area has a bar and pizza stand and seating and storage. Sadly the bar had no beer left (at all) and some of the background music was ott drum and bass that was a little hard to talk or even think over. The main arcade escape is great! 60mins to hit as many 5 mins rooms as you can and score as many points. The rooms are a mix of physical (like using body weight to move balls through a giant tilt maze or games like floor is lava to run around turning off lights) to more mental ones (like using mirrors to direct lasers, or guessing ingredients to go into a mix) The best games are the ones where you work as a team (so a train one where someone is driver, someone shovels coal, someone balances steam dials etc). I would say if you aren't a team of 4 some games will be a struggle! I'd Def only do it with 3 as a minimum. Well worth a visit
