Our first time visiting and we are not local. It's a 40 mins drive for us. It was ok. I understand it's just opened. The lift was not working, which is fine we could use the stairs & AC was not working. The soft play equipment is lovely. My little one was scared of going down the slides due to the lights and the same for the cone slide. Everything else he loved exploring. I liked the interactive game wall and the fruit and vegetables area. My little one is 2 so was perfect for his age. The heat was too much for us so we left a little earlier. They had portable units too but they was not cooling the unit because they had the windows open letting warm air in. Blinds needed to block the sunlight out in summer months also would be good. I'd go again when a special offer on.

It was good place to go with toddler. Would recommend for families with children up to age 4 . Unfortunately it was too hot even there was fans and air conditioning working. Easy to find. Parking available at shopping centre Food and drinks available Lift wasn't working but there was mentioned if need any help ,just ask team member. Toilets clean and easy to find. Only one recommendation to think of- to have family toilet seats as potty trained kids might find scary big seats🤭 Great costumer service at all times

Beautiful soft play, love the colours and the vibe. Took my 3 and 1 year old and they both had the best time! So much to do, could easily spend over 2.5 hours in here. The food was lovely, the chicken gyozas were amazing. Would recommend 100%!! Staff are lovely and welcoming.

SO impressed with this place! First visit today- one of the few soft plays that’s also enjoyable for adults not just the children as it’s so well thought out. Didn’t feel too busy despite being ‘full’, staff super helpful and friendly and the cafe options are great both food and drinks choices (great coffee also) I felt the entry prices were fair, especially given the money that must have been invested to get it to the level it is. Easily the most enjoyable soft play we have been to

Brilliant spot! My son's first time at a soft play and he loved it. There's a lot to do for all ages and the interactive touch screen in the ball pit was great for kids. Ps the coffee is really good! 10/10 will definitely visit again
