Great place for the kids to play but far too hot there is air conditioning but they refuse to put it on and all the children are sweating in here today 29/8/26 and it’s not hot outside

Been coming for several years, never had a bad experience. Bathrooms always tidy, plenty of food/snacks available, lovely hot chocolate. Recently refurbished their toddler play area and it's fantastic!

As a local, we visit here fairly regularly. Arrived today and a sign said last entry 3pm closing at 4pm. This was at 3.15pm. I asked if the £10 entry fee (which usually is for all day) would be reduced as the session is only 45 mins and was told no. The girl serving appeared to lack emotion of any kind and to be honest really annoyed me!!!

I brought the kids over from Spalding this evening to arrive at 5.05pm at your Soft play; only to be told (very apologetically) that the tills had been switched off and that we were to be refused entry.. Maybe update your website to say last entry time is 5pm to avoid disappointing children?

We recently visited with my 15 month old daughter. While the soft play for the baby/toddler area was good in terms of toys and equipment, there was no monitoring of who can go in and out of the baby area which just led to older kids constantly running in and out throwing all the balls around and leaving the gate open. I feel like if it was a gate with a code to put in that’s out of reach of children it would of made a much better experience as it didn’t feel safe enough for her to happily crawl around with kids running and jumping throwing things around
