We visited as a group of six and, unfortunately, the experience itself wasn’t quite what we’d hoped. There were delays in communication from the hosts, one of the padlocks didn’t work which cost us around 20 minutes, another lock was opened simply by guessing the code, and the ending felt a little unclear and lacked the finish we were expecting. Overall, parts of the experience felt a little rough around the edges. That said, after speaking with Sam and sharing our feedback, he handled the conversation professionally, listened to our concerns, and offered us a partial refund without any argument. That level of customer service made a real difference and showed that they genuinely care about their customers’ experience. Because of how the feedback was received and resolved, I’ve increased my rating from 3 to 4 stars. I hope some of the issues we experienced can be addressed, as the foundations are there for a really enjoyable experience

We had a great time at the Escape Experience. The team are friendly, Kish who was our host was great. We attempted The Hidden Temple, it was my first escape room experience and my daughter’s third and we managed to pick one of the hardest experiences! It really challenged us, lots of surprises and good fun. We’ll definitely go back.

My experience here left me concerned about the professionalism of assistant manager Tyler Pickard around younger customers. I believe the business should review staff conduct policies and make customer safety a higher priority. In my opinion, management should take customer safeguarding and professionalism more seriously so everyone feels safe and respected.

What a fun room! Super challenging but would defo recommend Crown Jewels heist. Our host was amazing I wish I remembered his name! Me and my friend had a 7pm slot for 02/04/26 and unfortunately I got stuck in traffic after travelling from work, then I somehow ended up at the wrong carpark, then struggled to find the place (it’s a little tucked away!) we didn’t make it until 7:29, literally 1 minute before we would have been sent away! But our host was so kind and got us in quickly and gave an explanation for what to do. Me and my friend struggled with EVERYTHING! But the host knew when to give us clues which was a massive help! We had so much fun and couldn’t stop laughing! The only negative was one part of the escape room was broken which I’d seen in a past review on trip advisor, but our host did tell us very shortly after we started trying to do stuff with it. I would still recommend this room even with us being confused nearly the entire time and one part not functioning (didn’t really make a difference to us!) we had so much fun! Thankyou for letting us play the room when we were so close to the complete cut off time!!

We really enjoyed this escape room. It had a slight scare factor that kept things interesting without going over the top. The setup was well thought out, and the atmosphere felt immersive from start to finish. The lighting, props, and storyline all worked nicely together to create a fun, engaging experience.
