It’s an amazing experience! You wouldn’t know a place like this exists in Liverpool unless you step on the grounds. It’s gorgeous! I went for the first time during the eclipse on 12.08.2026 and these are some sneak peaks from the day.

The views were immaculate and there is free car parking

I never can get enough of being here. It's my fav park of the city!!! It has the best views of Liverpool, Wirral, and of the Welsh hills in clearer days. The sunsets are absolutely stunning! Congregating many liverpudlians when the weather is gorgeous. The good balance between trees, low vegetation, and levelling make the viewing even more attractive every season of the year. It's massive, incrusted between different levels that makes it unique for bespoke run workouts or easy wonder arounds, and skate/kids park too. It's never crowded. No wonder it was once the wealthy part of the city! However that's a story you'll need to read by yourself by walking it's heritage trail with it's very interesting information history boards. Surfing on the net learned that it was estanlished between 1984 and 1989.

Beautiful view points and walk ways. Actually really quiet a lot of the time. Kids playground. Plenty of steps and spaces for fitness or walking..lots of green spaces and some architecture aspects. Best for driving up parking up and watching sunrise or sunset. Can see all the way out to Irish sea.. good day blackpool tower. And also see all the Welsh mountain ranges. Top view point for the city
