A nice (although short) ride around a grassed play area. The railway is very well managed and organised... However, the price is now £3 per person, which has put us off returning! At a lower cost, we would have had more rides and stay longer (a win/win for the railway and the pub)... such a shame. Definitely over-priced for families!

5 stars all day long. Lovely people and great fun for kids (and the young at heart). Next to a good pub, so can easily make a nice outing for the family. Well worth coming off the motorway for a visit

Last train 4:50pm …. We turn up at 4:25pm to find it all shut. The only guy remaining said it was closed early due to the rain ….. look at the photo !!!! Like a summers day. Come back on Wednesday he said …. All the way from Kent ?! No chance. 1 very disappointed boy. We won’t bother again, and will advise others of travelling any distance.

Amazing local volunteers own and operates the UK last Pub based Miniature Railway train 🚂. Only £2 per person and they do now take card. They typically only run the train in good weather. But well worth a visit, if looking for a nice pub garden with something a bit different for kids

Pulled off M1 for overnight stop. Allowed to stay in the Fancott pub car park. Very good staff. Nice pint and pot of tea. There is a restaurant, children's play area and miniture railway at the pub. Good night's sleep back on the road refreshed. Thanks
