A lovely place , very flat and accessible. Great hides , can see the Marsh Harriers, saw my first yellow wagtail 😊

We had a very enjoyable trip that included my best-ever view of two bitterns. The reserve is attractive and well presented with good hides and an interesting range of birds. Margaret in the Visitor Centre was very helpful and the nearby garden centre cafe was good value. Will visit again.

Far Ings National Nature Reserve is a lovely place to visit and spend a few hours, especially for anyone interested in bird watching as the facilities include a viewing area and facilities to secure some great views. There is parking on site and the visitor centre also has a coffee machine and a superb viewing gallery. There are also some great views and walks nearby. If you're in the area I recommend stopping here for a little while to enjoy the natural world.

It's a brilliant place for bird watching. The parking here is free (which does not happen in many places anymore!), it's a lovely little, easy walk around and there seems to be always something to see. Very special place, highly recommend.

Sunday 29th June Great place to visit. Adequate parking available at both ends. Shop and facilities at the visitor centre. Not much in the way of interesting birdlife on our visit, but way too hot, anything with any sense was in the shade. Would be great to visit anytime of year. Very accessible footpaths around the various lakes, and access to the Humber Estuary from the site.
