We came for my son’s 3rd Birthday and we all absolutely loved it. He had so much fun with all of the interactive bits you can do, myself and partner enjoyed learning about the history of the fire brigade, seeing the historical fire equipment. It really is fun for the whole family. The staff are all so friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful. When we got home our son said “this was the best day” - he loved it so much.

Small but well kitted out museum. Our 2 1/2 year old had the best time trying on the outfits, climbing in the fire engine, playing on the various bits of kit and most of all helping out one of the guys working there roll up the fire hose (really sorry I didn't get his name!). Thank you so much for the patience you showed, you really made his day.

Amazing Museum. So rich in history and very interactive. Great members of staff, ex fire fighters with amazing knowledge. Car park to the rear where you can park for free.

Me and my son visited yesterday and had such a good time! It’s well laid out. With loads of adults to look at and read and the right amount for kids to do too. We had such an amazing time. Staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. There’s free parking on site which makes a big difference too.

Absolutely amazing museum. A brilliantly put together place with loads to see and do. Plenty of interactive things for the kids. The exhibits are mind-blowing. Well done to all who put it together.
