This park could be so much better things need to be improved. Firstly the Memorial your unable to see some of the names shocking to see after these people gave up their lives it needs a good clean and it would be nice to have fresh flowers planted around the bottom of the memorial . Secondly the shocking state of the pond water absolutely disgusting even some of the ducks avoid it. Next old seating to be replaced seen better days And finally anti social behaviour from young kids giving abuse climbing on the seating and damaging the seating People too lazy to put rubbish in the bins no excuses just laziness

Best park in the world. My favourite place to live and be. Our beautiful piece of heaven in Fleetwood which makes you feel like you could be anywhere. The park superintendent trained at Kew gardens and my grandfather used to be the head gardener there. The rose bushes back in the day were incredible and they had live peacocks a while back

I love our local park, it has been a blessing during lock down. A lovely duck pond, great planting, a tennis court and all weather pitch. Plenty of toddlers and children's apparatus to play on, a massive sports field, small woods, 3 bowling greens and dedicated to all our local war heroes with a cenotaph and heritage walk. Well done wyre/Fleetwood council and all the staff on maintaining and continuing to improve Memorial Park.

Beautiful Park. If you go down to the little pond lake thing, you will be surprised to see terrapins in there. And then squirrels playing around. Very peaceful and calming
