A real lack of communication from the staff for our kids party. Told the wrong time to turn up, then sat in a room for half an hour and no one told us the kids could go a play. Then not told what time food would be ready. No ketchup or water so we have to keep going to get it from the cafe. The place is boiling hot as well. Kids seem to have fun but could and should be better managed.

We home ed and love this place, prices not to bad for home ed rate, find all the workers here very professional my son has autism and often asked if he would like the music turned down for him,

An absolute shambles. The car park was completely full, and both entrances/exits were flooded with around more than a foot deep of water, effectively turning the entire area into an obstacle course (the irony!) There was no way to park outside and walk in unless you were happy to have your shoes and shoes fully submerged. The only way to stay dry was to drive into the actual car park and leave the car, except that was impossible because it was already overflowing, with a long queue of cars endlessly circling like vultures and blocking each other. People who had parked outside were literally clinging to fences and edging along curbs just to avoid the water. Watching families attempt this was honestly shocking. This is a serious health & safety failure, especially for a venue aimed at children. No warnings. No marshals. No contingency plan. Just chaos, frustration, and a complete lack of duty of care. Fix up!

This was our second trip to Flip Out, the first being my son's birthday party last year, which worked so well. On this occasion, though, we just took our son and his little girlfriend for a couple of hours' bounce time. The kids had a whale of a time running around at their leisure, popping back to us in the café every few minutes. We were there for the lunch period (11am-1pm) and had booked in advance. We ordered our food at around midday, which caused a 25-35 minute wait, but we didn't mind. The food (three pizzas and two portions of chips) was lovely, and boxes were provided when we asked so that we could take the leftovers home. The kids had had enough after two hours - one hour's bounce time would have been sufficient - but the day was a success regardless. I didn't go into the arena but stayed in the café with my husband the whole time, as the kids are old enough to roam and play freely. The café and toilets were clean and tidy, and the staff (all very young, at least on a Saturday) we're extremely pleasant and helpful. In summary, a really good, slightly expensive, couple of hours.

Oh dear! So run down,metal can be felt through the crash mats, duct tape everywhere. Needs a refurb asap. Such a shame as it offers a good range of activities.
