Our daughter was desperate to have her birthday party at FlipOut and it definitely didn’t disappoint. We had access to the party room before hand so were able to decorate before her friends arrived. The room was clean and had a great atmosphere (the music was an excellent choice for us grown ups). Erin, our party host, was so polite and attentive and made sure we had everything we needed- including the candle that we forgot! Food was great, the only thing we would have changed was having a bit more variety- chicken nuggets/veggie sticks etc but otherwise no complaints. The kids were able to go on absolutely everything they wanted to and pretty much had free rein as there was only one or two other families there. We had 16 very tired but happy kiddos at the end. All the parents said they’ll definitely be back!

3 boys absolutely love this place!! Go most weeks. The disco session is so chilled and plenty of action going on. The staff so helpful and Joe is a real credit to this company. I don’t write reviews normally but want to share it is truly worth a visit

I visited Flip Out in Stoke and was attended to by the lovely MATT. He was so friendly, polite and professional. He enlightened us on what the laser game was all about and OMG! We had so much fun with it! I must have burnt 500 calories running around and shooting my son with the laser gun. Matt advised it would be fun and he did not lie! The trampolines were amazing, food was amazing. We are definitely coming back for more fun. Thank you so much Flip Out.

Fantastic birthday party for my son. The host Joe was fabulous the confident he has is amazing. He was brilliant at engaging with the children. He was very attentive with me making sure everything was going well. The manger Matt also made sure we were all happy and if I needed anything. All the kids loved jumping and they all ate the tasty pizza and chips! There was plenty full. I would recommend Flip out for a party venue to friends and family. Thank you all again for making my son birthday so enjoyable and stress free for me 😂

We went here with our 2 children (12+6). Staff we great and welcoming. It was quiet when we was there only 2 other families. They had a brilliant time been here a few times now. Music just the right volume and plenty to do to keep the kids entertained. Arcade machines here too and bouncy castles to go on and a football pitch with great theme throughout.
