We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Flip Out Telford today! Our whole family had a brilliant time, and a big part of that was thanks to Sam the manager. Sam was incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and clearly cares about making sure guests have the best possible experience. Visited today with my son and two of his friends for his 10th birthday. I booked online. It was quiet when we arrived. We had a two hour session and that was plenty of time as it wasn't busy. All facilities were there except the cannon blaster, couldn't find it. Drinks and food were reasonably priced. Areas were clean but tables had drinks, rubbish on them that was left for over an hour before being cleaned. Would definitely visit again. A good indoor place to visit.

5 stars because daughter absolutely loved it here. Her first time go karting and she really enjoyed it! There is so much to do over two floors. Will definitely be returning next time we are around

Large indoor playing We came for toddler stay and play, the venue was spotlessly clean and well maintained. We used the first floor softplay areas, lots of room and my daughter loved using all of the soft play equipment We didn't have food but the cafe prices looked reasonable for the place and I did buy a coffee Would definitely return, if you were going on a weekend or school holiday I would definitely book as I can imagine it gets very busy
