We had an absolutely amazing time at Flip Out Watford! The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and there’s so much variety to keep everyone entertained. But what truly made our day special was our incredible party host, Ada. She went above and beyond to make sure everything ran seamlessly. Ada was attentive, energetic, and fantastic with the kids, taking all the stress off our hands. Thank you so much, Ada, and the whole team—we will definitely be back!

Ada was our party host today, and she was absolutely amazing! She made sure everything ran smoothly and was always there to help us whenever we needed anything. Our daughter had an excellent time celebrating with her friends. Definitely recommend.

I was genuinely shocked by the level of dirt throughout this venue. Everywhere I looked there was dust, grime, food debris, spilled drinks and litter. The play mats are visibly dark from accumulated dirt and appear as though they have never been properly cleaned. What is most concerning is that this is a place designed for children. Nearly every area where children crawl, climb, touch or play was covered in dust, crumbs, dirt and general mess. It gave the impression that cleaning is either extremely infrequent or simply not a priority. I took multiple photos because the condition of the facility was hard to believe. Basic cleanliness and hygiene should be the minimum standard for a children's play centre, yet this place falls far below that expectation. Unfortunately, I would not return or recommend it unless significant improvements are made.

Visited today with my 4year old and baby, both had a great time. Lots of activities for any age groups, facility is much bigger than you’d expect from outside. Lift was out of order, but a very helpful member of staff (apologies for not catching your name, it was a bit noisy) helped me carry pushchair up and down the stairs. All other staff members also very friendly and helpful, overall very good atmosphere.

Every time spent at Flipout has always been a wonderful different experience each time. Never been to a place where there’s so many different fun things to do and the staff is amazing especially Bridget - she’s great with kids as well. Never missing a Saturday at Flipout!
