I will start by saying we've been several times for kids parties and always had a good time. However, today we were booked in for our little girl's 4th birthday party with several of her friends. We all arrived early to get booked in but then the fire alarm went off so we were guided to the gathering point outside. It later became clear it was a real fire with black smoke coming from the building. Clearly we then had a very upset little girl thinking her party was lost. What annoyed me was that in the time we waited outside, nobody ever came over to update us on what was happening - on the way out we had been told "it's just a chip pan overheating, we'll be back in soon". Then the fire brigade arrived and rushed in, and it was obvious that wouldn't be happening. Instead, staff members and I assume the manager, had spent the time in between evacuating and the fire brigade arriving, stood by the entrance to the building, laughing and joking as if it was funny, such as "lets have a barbeque!". Your job is to entertain small kids, and you had a car park of very upset 4 year old girls. This behaviour came across as not caring one bit, as did making no effort to come over and update us. When it became clear it wasn't likely we would go back in and we approached a member of staff to say we'd have to leave, they did reassure us they would sort a refund, and advised us of possible other places to try for a party, which was nice enough of them. But compared to the way in which the other trampoline park we rushed to, went about entertaining the kids and making a massive effort to rescue their party and keep them happy, it really, really grated with me that they seemed to find it acceptable to laugh and joke infront of upset small kids and show no understanding of their customers' feelings. Later in the day, we did get a phone call to confirm about the refund, so fair enough there, and thankfully the kids had an amazing party at the other trampoline park nearby. The final thing I would say is, we learned later in the day that there was also a similar fire only a few weeks ago around Easter - you have to wonder about the approach to safety and customer enjoyment if it's happening this regularly and they still think it's funny.

Attended a toddler session with 2 and 4 year old. They loved it. Staff pleasant,food good quality and it wasn't too busy. Eldest child cried when we left!

My son and 6 of his friends went down to Flipout tonight to celebrate his birthday. I went in a day before to enquire and the young lady on the desk couldn’t have been more helpful explaining all the ticket options and food they could supply to cater for our allergies requirements. We bought the after school tickets at £11 each which gave them an hours bounce and a dinner of chips, pizza and juice which I think is very good value and the portion sizes were a good size at a 1/4 pizza each. But the best thing was the excellent service we received from all the staff whilst there - Jack on reception and the cafe member of staff too. Nothing was too much trouble even though they did seem they could have done with a few more hands at times. They were certainly kept very busy but were never rude and met every request with politeness and efficiency. As a parent trying to give their son a nice birthday they made the whole evening so much easier for me. Thank you so much for the excellent service you gave me. I will certainly recommend you to any friends organising birthdays in the future.

It’s the Friday of February half term and there is just ONE person working in the cafe! He’s doing an amazing job but management should really be staffing the place adequately. I didn’t order food in the end as felt bad for him having to cook and serve people.

The first time weve been since it’s changed hands.The staff were kind and really helpful, it was clean and there wasn’t too many people considering it was half term. The changes these guys have made are excellent; so much more to do that you don’t see at “normal trampoline parks” we booked an hour but my son wasn’t ready to leave as he didn’t have enough time to go on everything and so we asked if we could stay an hour, which we could and it was only £5. I honestly can’t recommend this place high enough, we had a brilliant time and now we know it’s changed for the better we will be returning for sure
