Visited Forum amusements 2 days in a row as the kids enjoyed it so much. It’s a good size with plenty of varied games to play. My kids won loads of tokens (without having to spend a small fortune 😁) and picked out a few prizes which they’ve really enjoyed playing with since. We didn’t have quite enough tokens for a prize for my 2 year old but the lovely lad behind the counter rounded them up and gave it to us anyway so she didn’t miss out. Great service.

Visited with autistic son but we encountered a very rude tattooed guy worker who was vaping in the doorway and said our son was being too rough with a machine. Would not advise to visit with children. Was probably why they are empty. Best go to the pier is very friendly there.

Forum is very hard to win prizes out of the machines as you leave to get more 2ps and the workers go to the machines and move the prizes further back so you have to start again. They also have counterfeit prizes as the labubu were fakes and were a massive choke hazard for the kids as the feet fell off also pokemon cards were fake. Was not impressed, I favor the pier prizes as these are real and less of a choke hazard for the kids.

Went to Felixstowe with the grandchildren got there just in time for lunch. Found a lovely fish and chip shop not far from the car park which was lovely and clean and very polite staff. Strolled along the prom to the pier and spen some time on the 2p machines and finished off with lovely ice cream from the shop just outside. Slow drive home and everyone of us had a great day.

Would rate no stars if I could. no care for their staff… especially in winter times. Rude staff apart from the lovely young bright girl in the prize shop. Always so friendly, helpful and polite.
