I don't normally leave reviews, however, I've visited Fosseway Play barn a few times and wanted to say how brilliant Felicity is. She always seems to go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome, she's friendly, approachable, and works incredibly hard, even when it's really busy. It's clear she genuinely cares about making sure families have a great experience, and I think she's a real credit to the team. Staff like Felicity can make all the difference, and I don't think she gets enough recognition for everything she does. Thank you for always being so kind and helpful!

A lovely playbarn. Well managed and very clean. It's the only one I take my child to.

Dangerous experience here. Staff unwilling to enforce the 'Children must be supervised' rule that we all signed up to. Several tannoy announcements advised the rules of not going up the slide, not being over 3 in the baby area , and not taking balls out of the ball pit.. but these were ignored by children and parents alike. In the hour were there of our pre-booked session, I witnessed a parent leave with her toddlers because bigger kids were lobbing soft play cubes about in the baby area and a boy get punched in the face at the base of the slide because he called Our the behaviour of another. Our grandchild got hurt by a child on the slide and I went to help. It was mayhem! More kids going up the slide than down! Within sight of the woman selling coffee and cakes. I pointed this out to her when I went to get my coffee but she said she couldnt do anything. The manager agreed they had a duty of care but my drink got cold sat on the table while I had to watch our child and intervene to stop them being hurt yet again. Eventually, we and another family left. We did get a refund, but we'd rather have had a good time. I don't recommend it unless your kids are feral too.

I visited the Play Barn for the first time on Tuesday with my grandkids, and I felt compelled to leave a review mainly because of the wonderful service we received. I was served by the most polite young man — honestly one of the nicest members of staff I’ve come across in a long time. His manners were exceptional and really stood out from the moment we arrived. He makes a great coffee as well. He greeted us warmly, spoke so respectfully, and was incredibly patient while I sorted things out for the children. Nothing seemed too much trouble for him, and he checked that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s rare these days to see such genuine politeness and professionalism, and it really made our visit special. My grandkids had a fantastic time playing, but what stood out most to me was how welcome that young man made us feel. He is a real asset to the business, and I hope his excellent service is recognised. We’ll certainly be returning — largely thanks to him!

We had a fab time this morning with my 7 month old! Very baby friendly with lots of fun things to climb and look at. Cafe looked well stocked with yummy cake and treats. Bonus that there is the cutest lounge area in the back corner with books and sofas which was perfect for me to feed little one during our session. Looking forward to going back very soon! Little tip to bring jumpers and good socks, we found it a bit chilly but probably useful for the bigger kids running around 🧡 Thank you to the manager Nat who looked after us 🧡
