Bit expensive. Though you do save some pennies with membership, it's not very beneficial. It really depends on how often you will bring your kids round. There are 3 play areas, each labeled for specific age groups, staff are lovely, helpful and keep the zones clean. All in all, a great place to bring kids for them to drain a bit of energy and for adults to have a little bit of respite.

The staff where really nice, the play centre is good, and although I wouldnt recommend for kids older than 4 as it's extremely small, once you've done a few laps it gets boring. Loads of tables/seating which was a bonus. No rules to keep older kids out the toddler area (a few older boys pushed past a few smaller boys, and one child pushed another child with his face). Some of the play area was a bit grim. Dust had built up in alot of the areas. One of the rope parts that you walk over had a metal bar that I saw 2 kids fall and land on. Not worth the price tbh.

0-18months and upto 3 year old area was full of older kids that knocked into my babies or tried to pick them up. My kids couldnt safely play. I was constantly asking other kids not to climb over them or telling them theyve just run into my baby. These kids were around 6-8 in the toddler bit. Random kids asking us to spin them on this wheel on the floor or to watch them because their own parents werent interested. Parents not watching their kids at all, especially men there alone with kids. One man going outside twice and leaving his two boys unsupervised. His younger son couldnt find him and couldnt open the door to the play area. No staff visible a few times. Waited ten minutes for a staff member to let us pay to come in. Lots of dads scrolling on phones and ignoring their kids. A dad smoked at the door and left the door open so the play area stunk.

Frankie + Lola's was absolutely fabulous everything about it from entering until leaving. We took our disabled grandson out for tea with a few friends, we were let down by the wacky Warehouse. My wife rang Frankie's last minute the manager Lucy was brilliant she told us to come straight down my grandson had a fabulous time, all the staff bent over backwards for us all, the food was excellent all the kids are everything.the climbing frames are safe and great for all ages. Again thankyou very much Lucy and her team.
