Was a little disappointed. Only 3 staff working but meant no one was on check in desk. However staff were lovely. 1.99 price for under 12 months is perfect however there isnt a lot in the baby section for 0 to 18 months. I know quite a few babies who were over 12 months were in the next sections because there wasnt much in the little one. Some of the highchairs were not wiped down. Monitoring of each area was not done. There was kids over the age of 2 in the 0 to 18 month section. 2 siblings were actually fighting and nearly squashed my 7 month old as he was crawling around. Had I not been watching him and them like a hawk, I may not have moved him in time to not be hurt. I find a lot of parents aren't interested in watching their kids and due to lack of staff I had to tell them to be careful and that they shouldn't be in that section but their should have been staff members around to prevent that. Food was lovely and toilets spotless

First time visiting with our 9 month old. Greeted by staff member who was so welcoming. It was busy today so we waited a few minute for a table to become available. Staff informed of this and had a sign up too. There was only 2 staff working and I cannot fault them. Our table was cleaned and we ordered 2 coffees which we didn’t wait too long for considering how busy it was and only 2 staff members. Toilets were spotless. The only thing I’d say is as our little one is 9 months old and seen a few you gets ones too, there could possibly be a little more for younger ones in the “baby” section. Was a good visit and for only £1.99 for our baby, you can’t really complain. He loved watching all the other kids and it was stimulating for him. Thank you

I was really disappointed with our visit. The overall environment felt chaotic and poorly managed from the moment we arrived. There was a party taking place, which made the space overcrowded and noisy, and it didn’t seem like there was any effort to control or organise the situation. What concerned me most was the lack of supervision. The area designated for younger children was clearly being used by much older kids who were running around and playing quite wildly. This made it feel unsafe for toddlers, and there were no staff present to monitor or address the issue. The only time anything was said was after I personally reported it to the bar staff, which shouldn’t be necessary. The air quality was also very poor—hot, stuffy, and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to stay for long. Overall, it didn’t feel like a suitable or safe environment for young children, and certainly not somewhere I would feel comfortable letting my child play. This place has potential, but it really needs better supervision, clearer separation of age areas, and improved ventilation to create a safer and more enjoyable experience.

We had our son’s 6th birthday party here and chose the half-price party package. It turned out to be amazing value! It wasn’t too busy when we arrived, so it almost felt like we had the whole place to ourselves with our 24 children, which made the experience even better. All the children had a fantastic time, and the parents were able to sit comfortably and relax. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially during the cake cutting – they created such a fun atmosphere for the kids. The food was more than enough and actually very nice too! My son was so happy and satisfied, and all the parents gave great feedback about the party. For the price, it honestly felt like a private party experience. We are very happy and would definitely recommend!👍🏻

Unfortunately, the staff do not properly monitor the hygiene and cleanliness of the children’s environment. Their main focus seems to be on selling food and drinks at the café rather than supervising the play area and ensuring basic health and safety standards for the children.
