Went for a birthday party today. The new party rooms are so much better and the kids all loved them. They all had a great time and host was fab. Only downside is the food; presentation and variety not as good as elsewhere.

Our first day been in fun shack, and my three children loved it. Big place to explore, fun, and affordable. We will come often definitely 😁

A pretty horrendous visit unfortunately. My initial thoughts on walking through the door was ‘Wow, this is going to be a 5.’ Unfortunately, it all went downhill from there. The size of the soft play looked impressive to start but then we found half the areas were closed off. The trampolines were locked shut and 2 other areas were closed off too. The slides were super slow to the point everyone was shuffling themselves down instead of actually sliding. A severe lack of staff supervision meant that kids were climbing up the slides and kids were shooting at anyone they could with the air guns which resulted in both children and adults getting hurt and arguments between a number of parents. Not somewhere we will be going back to and not on my recommendations list. Shame really as the same company run Jump 360 and that was a brilliant experience.

Attended here on Saturday for a birthday party with my 4 year old. Parking was difficult. The car park isn't big enough for the venue size. It was really difficult to park even though the party was in a morning, therefore weekends are extremely busy. Be prepared to fight for a parking space! The venue is huge inside. Much bigger than the one in Seaham. There is lots to do for kids of all ages. My little one loved the go karts, which cost £2 extra. The birthday party rooms looked awesome, and they do make a fuss of the birthday child! However, the food looks a little questionable. I would visit again, though. I'd even consider a birthday party here because from what the birthday child's mother was saying, it's really good value for money when taking into consideration the cost of an average family visiting.

Very nice children activity area!! Ticket prices are £6.5/ child including 1 adult, extra adult will be charged £2/head. Ample parking space outside free of charge!! Variety of soft play activities, tocken ride and free slides!! Pirate of the carribean theme based kids activities!! 4-14 years old have separate play areas with bigger slides as well as football area!! Free biscuits and juice for kids on coupon!! Indoor sufficient seating area colour coded for social distancing!! Toilet facilities including baby changing room as well as Captain Cook Cafeteria!! 1.5 hours per session after which whole play area is disinfected and cleaned!! Recommended kids activity in the town 👍👍
