Took my Grandson and his school friends here for his fifth birthday party. He absolutely loved it. The staff were fantastic and the place was brilliant for a five year oldest party. I would 100% recommend it. The party room was amazing.

Soft play was decent, loads for kids to do. 10/10 Food on the other hand 🤢 potato skins! I felt like I had a shot of cooking oil 🤢 Chips were under cooked!. Pulled pork was more like cheap packet beef! 1/10 never again 🤢 Over all spent nearly £80 for entry plus food & drinks ! Shocking

A bit expensive for 1.5hrs but we went wirh a 2 for 1 offer which made it a bit more reasonable. Good range of things to do for the kids, looked clean and up to date. Didn't eat there but would be better if they allowed your own food in, given the relatively high entrance fee.

​It is incredibly frustrating to pay nearly full price only to be met with locked sections and defensive staff. The argument that this is a "bargain" is insulting to customers. We won’t be rushing back unless the management decides to actually provide the service we paid for. ​I visited Fun Shack Gateshead during the week with my two children, and honestly, I am beyond disappointed with the experience. We paid £26 for entry, and the service was nowhere near the standard you’d expect for that price. ​The Issues: ​Reduced Facilities: Several areas were closed off despite it being a regular opening day. When I raised this with the staff, I was told the closures were "why it’s cheap, instead of apology they were rude and straight away said thats why its cheap" ​Misleading Value: In what world is £26 for two kids considered "cheap"? When I pointed out that the weekday price is only £2 less than the standard rate, the staff continued to argue rather than address the lack of available attractions. A £2 discount does not justify closing half the experience. ​Severe Understaffing: There seemed to be only one or two staff members trying to manage everything. This led to long waits and a general feeling of being ignored.

We had a wonderful experience at this soft play! My daughter absolutely loved every moment, from the exciting play areas to the interactive activities. The space was spotless, with staff present in every section to ensure a safe and fun environment for the kids. There's a great variety of play options, keeping little ones entertained for hours. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive, making the experience even better. Prices are reasonable, offering great value for a fun-filled day. Highly recommend to parents looking for a well-maintained, welcoming play space!
