If I could give 0 stars I would for the customer service. Woke up to an email to state that the memberships have been cancelled which I have had for nearly 2 years. Despite them still taking a payment a day before. I contacted funstreet manager who stated the old memberships have been automatically cancelled and now you need to either purchase gold, diamond or platinum memberships and they can't start until April 2026. Absolutely shocked at they way they have treated there valuable customers. It would have been great if they could have sent an email to inform to inform of any changes before automatically cancelling the memberships!! As below the email clearly states my membership is cancelled. Nothing to state anything about renewal. At the bottom of the email it states that you can renew but it wont start until April 2026! If you can see below to the pictures I have posted to clarify this.

I was searching for party venues for children and honestly just hoping to find somewhere that wasn’t stressful… and Fun Street ended up being perfect. I booked a birthday party for my son there and we genuinely had such a good time. The kids went wild (in the best way) the moment we arrived — the place is super clean, the staff are actually friendly and helpful, and everything felt really easy. As a parent, that’s a big deal. My son had the best birthday, the food was good, the decorations were cute, and I didn’t have to run around chasing kids for once. I was actually able to relax and enjoy it, which never happens at kids’ parties! Honestly, I’d 100% book another party there. It was just a really lovely day.

My daughter celebrated her 7th Birthday at Fun Street, and had a ball! The staff were very friendly and helpful, we requested a Wednesday Addams theme and they went all out with great decorations and music in the party room. Her friends and her loved the softplay downstairs and the climbing wall upstairs. The party food was great too, can recommend 👍🏼🎉

My children age 3 and 2 LOVE it here. We have membership passes so can have hours of fun. Very clean, very friendly and add bonus it’s all halal! Food is always of great quality and fresh! Never waited for them 1ins for lovely fresh hot food. Feel my children as very safe here.

We had won tickets to the cinema and soft play so entry for my partner, son and me was free. Venue was fine with alot to do for the children. Safe entry and exit gate ao kids can't run away. We had some food which was nice and didn't take long to serve as the session was not overly busy. I seen the cost of normal entry and I know it may be a little dearer than other soft plays but we did enjoy it and would pay for entry.
