We had a fantastic experience at the soft play! The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and had plenty to keep children entertained for hours. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The food and drinks were reasonably priced, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and family-friendly. My child had an amazing time and didn't want to leave. We will definitely be visiting again and would highly recommend it to other families.

Had my daughter's party here and what a well run business this is! I like the fact the party space is separate from the normal paying guests. Food was spot on staff were very accommodating, the party set up was beautifully presented and the place is very clean would definitely recommend this place for parties and just for a soft play visit.

Paid £5.50 for my 10 month old yet it felt like there was barely anything there for that age group. Mostly a ball pit with lots of broken balls. Seems there is plenty there for older kids though. Bits of equipment seemed to be just broken or missing? Everything felt filthy. I know soft play areas are not expected to be clean clean, but I’ve been to a lot of them in Derby and I feel this is the dirtiest I’ve come across.

Excellent soft play. Very spacious and modern. Very polite and friendly staff We traveled from Nottingham for our daughters birthday - and the kids absolutely loved it They said they want to come back 💯🙏🏻☺️ Great slides and football pitch with amazing additions I haven’t seen in other soft plays Also on weekends and school holidays they operate bumper cars which look like amazing fun I visited on Wednesday and kids didn’t have a chance to use them. Anyway soft play is superb ! If I would have to mention one downside it would be that in some places it has clouds of dust I understand that you operate 7 days a week and it might be difficult for you to clean it But it’s very important to have soft play spotless for kids as nobody wants to breath in dust - it’s not healthy and good 🫣 Hopefully by next visit you will have this sorted ✅💯🙏🏻 Otherwise great soft play ! 100% recommend !

Great place, clean, kids really enjoyed it. Food reasonable priced, parking good. Would recommend. Changed reviewed, my daughter’s birthday party was chaos not very organised, seemed to book as much as possible and take as much money. Didn’t received full menu, and had to tell staff what to do
