I have been visiting Fun Valley since it opened and my two girls absolutely love it. There is so much variety to keep the kids entertained every time we visit. I also want to say a massive thank you to the manager, Sam, and all the staff who have always been fantastic with my children. Sam and the whole team always make us feel extremely welcome and go above and beyond to make sure everyone has a great experience. Fun Valley is always kept super clean, and there’s a large choice of food available… which is really tasty too! We always have a brilliant time and look forward to coming back again soon.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely amazing experience here celebrating my daughter Mia’s birthday party. Everything was superb from start to finish. The staff were fantastic - friendly, professional and incredibly helpful the whole time. A special mention goes to our host, Cory, who was absolutely outstanding and phenomenal. He made the whole experience epic for the kids and stress-free for us as parents. Such a kind, positive and genuinely nice person - he really went above and beyond to make Mia’s birthday special. The organisation, atmosphere and overall experience were all top class. I highly recommend this place for birthday parties or family fun. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing facility to take the kids (ours are 6/3yrs old). The soft play frame was extensive with lots to do, they enjoyed the village and the ball pits. They didn’t go on the climbing frames as we weren’t too sure if you had to pay. We always judge a soft play centre by how many times they come back to the table, which on this occasion wasn’t many at all. Our only gripe was that the food and drink options weren’t as tasty or nice as other venues in the area. Happy to provide feedback direct if it helps improve the venue. But kids will love it

We booked a joint birthday party for Eligh and Esther and it was absolutely brilliant! Drinks as soon as we arrived , anything we asked for we received and the staff were amazing!! I think the staff member who handled our party was called Cory (the black gay guy) he was absolutely brilliant and should have a pay rise for his friendly nature and going above and beyond!! I was stressed out my tree setting up decorations and running back and forth to parents and children but he was always there to reassure me to breath 🤣. I’ll be telling other parents to book there kids birthday at Fun Valley Nottingham as I had an amazing experience, very clean place and the children had soo much choice what to play on 🤍
