Money grabbing, with no consideration of the children. Arrived at 1:00 paid 15 pound to get in, wasnt notified that the session was going to finish at 2.00 Just took my money happily. I spoke with the manager who had a rude and abrupt attitude towards me, didn't care what so ever that my child had only had 55 minutes to play. I will not be returning here in the future if this is their attitudes. Obviously dont have the children's best interests at heart.

REFUSED TO PROVIDE FREE TAP WATER TO CHILDREN - shameful- the only soft play I know that does this. Six children's lunches purchased, they don't allow you to take your own water bottles, asked for tap water & refused. *Disgraceful will not return*

Be honest, we reviewed the comments and not sure what will be there at our 1st visit (3 weeks ago). First of all, the environment is good. No really as comment with shit or poopoo everywhere. The table and chairs arranged tidy and spacious for family to sit down and wait for kids. I ordered gravy and fries , food quality is good as well (wait time may be longer if you hit busy hours, we are lucky at 1st visit but 2nd visit we waited over 30 minutes to have it). not complain this is normal as we hit busy period in 2nd visit. The next important thing is the facility is HUGE! I never seen such spacious play area (including toddler space for baby and younger kid). I got 3 kids (9 yrs old, 7 yrs old and 2.5 years old). they all enjoy the facility (Curl Slide at the top level is the most they like even the little one - this is only for kid, no Adult is allowed to use the slide). The long slide is a 2nd one they like most. The setup is Safe for kids with all soft covered with Net all around. Overall my experience for it is great (not perfect but my kids happy, i happy, that is all). I have 2nd visit 1 week ago (the kids keep asking for big slides after 1st visit). Those 2 visits are paid myself and this is my honest review for last 2 visits. Hope this help.

Visited for the first time with my 1 year old daughter and was so disappointed. It's a dirty and run down place, there were numerous bins in the under 4s area with blue wet tissues surrounding them. I'm assuming that this is due to leaks but then surely it shouldn't be open - it'd be dirty water dripping from the roof. Most of the interactive activities within the area were also broken or damaged. Also When we arrived I spotted food all over the floor near some of the tables. I wouldn't recommend going here as everything that my daughter played with/came in contact with with was very well worn.

One of tallest play areas. Quite busy sometimes but we'll worth the money. Strict rules about food from outside, which isn't allowed.
