We had my daughter's 5th Birthday party yesterday at Funtastic. We were extremely happy with the service we received from start to finish. The staff were friendly, professional, and made everything run smoothly. A very special thank you goes to Lewis. He was absolutely amazing throughout the party. His kindness, friendliness, and enthusiasm made a huge difference, and he ensured everything went perfectly. As the mascot, he brought my daughter's dream to life and made her day truly special. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will definitely use Funtastic again in the future and would happily recommend it to our friends and family.

We had our daughter’s 4th birthday party at Funtastic today, what a great and enjoyable experience! We hired an exclusive party as we wanted the parents to have some time to sit down and relax meanwhile the children played. Our daughter and her friends loved the soft play and enjoyed the food. Plenty of food on their plates, ice cream and drinks plus lovely fruit platters they devoured! I’m honestly impressed and happy with having had our party here. The space was clean and tidy, nothing to mention but the great experience we had. Lots of different areas to play for all our guests, range of ages from 0 to 9years old. Highly recommended!

We recently had my stepson’s birthday party at Funtastic in Caerphilly, and it was such a fantastic experience from start to finish! The whole day ran smoothly, and the kids had an amazing time — plenty of fun, laughter, and energy all around. A special thank you to Rhian, Steph, and Tay, who went above and beyond to make the party so enjoyable. They were friendly, organised, making sure everything stayed on track while keeping the atmosphere fun and relaxed. The facilities were clean and well set up, and the party was handled so professionally that it took all the stress off us as parents. It really made the day extra special for my stepson. Highly recommend Funtastic for anyone looking to host a children’s party — we’ll definitely be back!

Had my daughters party here on easter sunday and my god the staff Rhian tay and holly were next level attentive constantly looking out to see if i needed anything and nothing was to much for them. The kids all had an amazing time and there was plenty of food and the drinks were always refilled. Couldnt reccomend this place for a party more. Thank you to all the staff 🤗

What an incredible play centre. I’ve been coming to this play centre with my kids and now my grandson. The reason I keep coming back is it’s warm, clean and tidy, and professional. They are now moving with the times too and you’re able to order food and drinks from various screens positioned around the centre, you then just relax/play while you wait for them to call your number. The best thing about this place is its cleanliness, warmth, professionalism which is scarce in many other play centres. The toilets are always clean and stocked too. The food/drink is great and also fantastic value for money. I’ll hopefully be bringing my great grand kids here too. 😄 It’s definitely 5 stars from Mr and Mrs Harris, oh and my grandson Zavier ❤️
