Great park but still looks a mess following the river works that started over a year ago. Finally most of the fences have been removed. The new path is open, as id the new "beach" area. It is now almost 2 years since the work to divert the river Gade commenced. Signs were erected saying that the work would be completed by spring 2025. The signs are still there, but the work is still not finished. Although almost all of the temporary orange fencing has now been removed certain parts of the park look awful, with very little grass and are full of weeds. It is a pity they ever started the project which has spoiled what was a very pleasant park.

Lovely park for a free play in the water or sand,pretty enclosed garden too

A lovely park with plenty of green space, a nice kids' playground, and a convenient coffee shop to relax in while the children play. The atmosphere is pleasant and it's a great spot for families or a casual walk. While it's already a nice park, it could be improved with better maintenance and a few more facilities to make the experience even better. Overall, a great local park that's worth visiting.

This place is amazing. Lovely amount of grass to have picnics ect and an amazing park for the kids and splash park is great also. Me and my son love the skatepark tho as I've skated 24 years. before the skatepark was there. Great family commodery at the skatepark.

Great place for a walk and/or to take children. Love the walled garden which has the most beautiful array of flowers and colour for each season. The spring hyacinths were gorgeous but they've finished now and it looks like they're planting begonias now...Will be beautiful whatever they plant.
