Our game master was Nicola who warmly welcomed us and was very friendly, she explained the rules of the escape room clearly (we did maniac). The escape room itself was really good, for 2 people it was pretty difficult however we still had good fun and Nicola and the other masters were happy to help any time we needed it. We would definitely recommend going to game over, 10/10 experience 😊

Nicola and her team were amazing. We had so much fun in the escape room and the team was really supportive and guided us when we needed help. We really enjoyed it and really do recommend it for everyone to go.

We had such an amazing experience today! The escape room was so much fun, and everyone had a fantastic time. A huge thank you to Helen – the kids absolutely loved her! She was incredibly kind, patient, and so helpful throughout the game, making the whole experience even more enjoyable for them. I’d also like to thank the manager, Nicole (I hope I got your name right!). Every time I called with questions before our visit, she was so friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Thank you both for going above and beyond to make Rakan’s day extra special. It truly meant a lot to us. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we’ll definitely be booking again. Highly recommend!

Staff abandoned us in the building, seemingly alone, mid escape room and we had to let ourselves out after not knowing if we completed the room or not. My group saw the great reviews and decided to go for the maniac room thinking it would be a good experience. First off the gimmick like handcuffs and so on were great but the only good thing I can say. We werent allowed to bring any belongings into the room but we're told they would be safe in a locked cupboard outside (we later found it was NOT locked when the staff abandoned us in the building and we had access to every groups stuff but I will touch on that later) The puzzles were unintuitive and confusing in layout and order and the person on the desk hardly ever replied to our hint requests, when they did the audio and feedback was so awful we could hardly hear and had to cover our ears, they were also often unrelated to the puzzle we were on. As well as this when we got there the first staff member blindfolded us then told us that she was leaving and a colleague would take over, this person then took us into the room and left us. Towards the end the escape door was left open so we closed it ourself, then the puzzles were not all set up properly and when we asked for a hint there was no reply for over 10 minutes no matter how long we waited and pressed the button again, we got to what I believe was the end of the room and tried to ask if we completed it because there were no more puzzles but no indicator that we had completed it, and had no response. We ended up just going out of the exit and back into the main room where we found ZERO staff members in the whole reception area, we waited for around 5 minutes and looked around but there was nobody there. We then knew we weren't getting our photo because the building was seemingly abandoned with us in it so we took a selfie by the door ourselves and went to look again for anyone who could open the locked cupboard to our bags only to find on the way that it wasn't locked at all and our bags were just in an open cupboard with other people's things. We then grabbed our stuff and had to let ourselves out, I'm still not sure if we completed it or not because we were completely left on our own. Very weird vibe and experience I would not recommend, poorly organised, bad escape room (though I can only speak for maniac), unsafe belongings storage, and complete abandonment. Not to mention an unfinished awful experience.
