Love this store. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. Considering the supply issues they have to deal with for products such as Pokemon cards, they always keep their customers updated and make sure that stock is sold fairly. I’m sure they have to put up with some awful behaviour from scalpers who want to turn up and buy all their stock!! Whether it’s my husband going to play Magic or my daughter buying Pokemon cards, there’s something for everyone here. Yummy food and incredible milkshakes are an added bonus.

We looked a little lost when we walked in as a family but the owner and staff quickly made us feel welcomed and helped us find some cards we needed and told us about events they have on over the week. We will visit again for sure with my daughter.

Bit disappointing. Was told on the phone that they had Beyblade stadium for customer use but they didn't. Was told they had Beyblade stuff for sale, but they only had the absolute worst of the Hasbro range. Staff weren't particularly welcoming, helpful or friendly. Food and drink was good though.

Been coming here since they opened Dan and Kim and Ellie and the other staff have always made us feel welcome and good variety is good. It’s my home from home and would highly recommend people to come and visit and lots of different games to choose from or just hang out for a coffee.

Such a satisfying community of people and their respected interests to have come across while visiting Stevenage. Even to just chill, chat to staff, and grab a bit to eat, there is a friendly, welcoming atmosphere! And indeed, fictional interests of mine included :)
