We parked for 10 pounds at the railway and walked the paths. It is remarkable to see. Well worth the walk. We didn’t purchase a tour, but really didn’t need it.

Word of warning upfront - there is a parking and visitors centre for the Giant's causeway, but there is also parking down by the Bushmills railway (£10 / day at time of writing). The parking up at the main visitors centre is very busy in peak season, the parking at the railway is about 10mins walk up to the main centre - be careful thr route you take from the railway parking!! You could end up far away from the Giant's Causeway - head up the hill instead of towards the beach. You can get a guided tour at the visitors centre or just do the walking route without. If you haven't purchased a ticket/tour you cannot enter the visitors centre even for a drink or toilets - go to the nearby hotel for this. The red route goes above the cliffs and its wonderful but has an extremely steep set of stairs at one point. The blue route is all at 'ground level' and an easy walk. The GC is gorgeous but very very full of people when the weather is good.

What an awesome place definitely one for your bucket list. If you walk through the visitor centre, you can avail of the bus service to and from the Causeway for 18 pounds. We chose to walk instead. It took about 15 minutes. Be sure to bring wet weather gearas the weather can change quickly. It was raining on the day we visited, so it's better to be prepared. We had lunch at the beautifully curated Causeway Hotel where both the food and service were amazing. If you're driving you can park right outside the hotel for £10 and they'll give you a £10 voucher towards your lunch a real win-win. The Causeway offers spectacular coastal views and is an absolute must-see. Sláinte!

Well worth the journey. This is reportedly the most visited outdoor tourist location in Ireland. There are lots of tour buses, but the place is well organized with wide paths. Even though there was lots of tourists, I didn't feel overwhelmed. The paths stretch to the left and right so plenty of room for everyone to get their views and pictures of the Cliffs. Speaking of the views, they cliffs are spectacular. It is well worth a journey to see them.

Absolutely stunning views - a must experience! Be prepared for a walk down and back up a hill to get to the water, luckily the walk has beautiful views both directions and it's paved so accessible for most. You can walk out on the stones , it's so fun!
