First visit today and was pleasantly surprised by the space. Age wise the centre is aimed more at toddler/ preschool ages though my 8 year old still had fun running around the place. Friendly, welcoming and a good price also not busy which was lovely.

Turned up intending to pay on site, as the website clearly stated there were 12 spots left. On arrival, I was refused entry with no apology or acknowledgement that the website information was incorrect. Very poor customer service. In hindsight, it was probably a blessing in disguise after reading other reviews and seeing how dingy and dark it was inside. Based on the lack of professionalism and customer service alone, I would not recommend this place.

Came across this place when searching on Google. Took my little boy with a friend and her little one for a play date and we loved it. Lovely big open space, big seating area, something for all different ages. My boy is 6 months and loved it. Will definitely go again. Food is also tasty and affordable, the lady running the place is super friendly too
