Beautiful area, picnic benches, quite calming place amazing views of the menai straight.

It's a very interesting walk with views across the straights. There is some muddy places but many. Also the road to the carpark is narrow.

Lovely estate walked from Premier inn to the car park, bird hide at the side of the Menai Strait up to the Mausoleum and back.

Nice circular walks, paths are really obvious, however I would recommend wellies if there is a hint of water, because there are some unavoidable path wide puddles along the route. I read about the road/lane down and the potholes. I think that there are some overdramatic descriptions. Yes there are potholes, and yes a low riding sports car would probably not make it down easily, but any normal car will get down there fine. One suggestion, take a photo of the map at the carpark, unless you are a whizz at remembering directions.
