This was all of our first time doing Go Ape, and we genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We took on the Treetop Challenge and had an absolute blast from start to finish. The course was exciting and pushed us just enough outside our comfort zones while still feeling safe and enjoyable. A special shoutout has to go to Charlie, our instructor, who really made our day. He was incredibly friendly and patient, especially with those of us who were feeling a little nervous at the beginning. He took the time to reassure us, answer our questions, and make sure we all felt comfortable and confident throughout the course. To top it all off, one of us managed to lose an apple juice during the session, and Charlie actually went out of his way to find it for us! It might seem like a small thing, but it really reflects the level of care and attention he gives to visitors. Charlie is a real credit to the team and definitely deserves recognition for the impact he had on our experience. Thanks to him, our first Go Ape adventure was memorable for all the right reasons. We left with huge smiles on our faces and will definitely be returning in the future. We would highly recommend Go Ape to anyone looking for a fun, active, and wholesome day out. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I love Sherwood Forest! Completed Go Apes at this location twice. Its strenuous I've done challenge plus on both occasions and both have been really great fun! Staff are Great! An epic adventurous day out!

This was me and my son’s first experience at any Go Ape venue. He’s 6 and we opted for the Treetop Adventure Plus activity (I did it with him). We had absolutely THE BEST time. I was expecting to be on and off the course in 20 minutes but I think we were up there close to 2 hours and went round 3 different trails! It’s such good value for money! My son is only just over 120cms and on the “plus” section of the course he did struggle to reach some of the wires and it was surprisingly difficult. Don’t go thinking it’s a walk in the park, it’s actually quite physical… even for an adult! He got overwhelmed close to the end and we shouted for an instructor who came running immediately and was so supportive from the ground. We coaxed my son over the final elements and he was proud as punch when he reached the bottom of the final zip wire. Everything was very professional and the staff were all amazing. I would 100% recommend this venue to anyone and I’m sure we’ll return for the Treetop Challenge when my son is taller (and perhaps a little braver haha!) 😝

Very good day out! We went for the Challenge Plus, the most difficult out of them all. I gave up after the 3rd set of 5 but im scared of heights and i cant stress this enough, if you are scared of heights, this won't cure you! My partner did the full course and loved it so was well worth the trip. It was on the expensive side and the site itself (food/parking) is very expensive so bear in mind when you go it's going to cost you a bob or two! Worth it as you're there for a good few hours!

Big shoutout to our instructor George, absolute legend for our experience at Go Ape Sherwood today! Having done the treetop challenge at Dalby last year and loved it I decided to introduce my partner to Go Ape at Sherwood and we were not disappointed even though it was rainy and cold we were wrapped up and bought a pair of gloves from the cabin each. However I will say if you’re a bit more daring and going for the thrill of the zip lines I’d recommend Dalby for taller, longer ziplines. Not a negative or a downfall at all on Sherwood but just a personal preference! Thankyou to all instructors for accomodating us and being so welcoming today and keeping us safe 😊🌲
