Dear Godalming Museum staff and Volunteers, My Partner and I visited the Jack Phillips exhibition yesterday and wanted to compliment you for arranging such an interesting/educational event. I'm a lifelong Member of the Museum and so your efforts are even more appreciated, ensuring the continuation and longevity of the Museum. The material were well presented, the "morse tappers" and certificate great ideas, plus a gentleman, amateur radio enthusiast in the garden who could excite anyone about the hobby!! I've lived in Godalming over 30 years and only yesterday did I realise that the bandstand and bowling green form part of the Phillip's Memorial Gardens!! Well done and thank you.

Fantastic place. My toddler and I love visiting. They have put a lot of thought into making the museum very kid friendly. One of the best places to visit in Godalming!

Such lovely place to visit at Godalming! We were very lucky and had the change to meet with an artist and children books writer A dance In the moon) Susie Darnton. Her paintings are marvellous. Besides this is a small museum it has pretty interesting stuff (my favourite the women’s banner). To finish your visit you can always enjoy a cup of tea in the cosy garden.

Lovely little museum chock with local history. Everything was very looked after. We loved watching and listening to the clock strike the hour. The garden was gorgeous in this beautiful weather and was very well kept. The layout of the museum is easy to follow. You can lose hours inside!! The curators are very knowledgeable and lovely to listen to. You can really hear the passion for the town in the way they praise it. Definitely coming back! Thank you!

A very quaint little Museum. Lots of very informative displays giving a good coverage of the history of the town and the people associated with it. The staff - especially Helen - were very friendly and welcoming and as it was our first visit to Godalming she went to great lengths to make sure we got the most out of our day by suggesting places to go to and to eat etc. Well worth a visit.
