Beautiful area with loads to see and do if you like outdoors. 1st class facility. FYI Cafe seems to be only open on weekends. Recommended especially to families on a day out or walkers and cyclists alike. Trails are graded for difficulty so something for beginners and experienced trekking. All in all a very good day.

Had an absolutely lovely walk here around one of the many stunning forest walks that started and looped back to the car park . It was a quite steep walk initially but the levelled out a bit before the decline , I chose a smallish hike taking 1 hour but there are plenty more for all standards of walkers . There was plenty of car parking at the two car parks with picnic and BBQ benches , this is a lovely place to visit .

Good walk out and around. Great play area for kids and good sized picknick area as well.

The cafe is only open weekends. Saw red squirrels, trekked to the Giant. Great forest park.

Beautiful place. An established forest with very scenic trials for walkers. It has a lovely coffee shop and a excellent play area for kids. The mullaghcarn trial offers amazing view with a friendly giant to greet you at the summit.
