A fantastic place for families! There are two playgrounds, plus plenty of attractions hidden in the forest for children, including rope swings between the trees, a high ropes course, a zip line, and slides. 😊 It's a great spot for a picnic or barbecue, with cycling trails and a campsite nearby. You can also buy coffee, ice cream, and food on site. Highly recommended for a fun day outdoors!

Council members are extremely rude. They screamed at us for going down one of the trails. They said it was supposed to be closed but the barrier had been moved so we assumed it was open and the cussed us out for allegedly ripping tape and jumps down. Why would we do that?. Overall very bad experience. (My bike for refrance)

They serve artisanal coffee, snacks, ice cream, and hot food. The amenity blocks have been recently updated, featuring clean toilets, showers, and dedicated disabled access. Options range from spacious caravan pitches with electric hookups to cozy glamping pods. Entry is seamless with a £5 daily parking fee (card accepted), granting full access to the deer park and castle exterior views. A visit here is a masterclass in well-managed public recreation.

Very nice park to walk and ride the bike. Plenty places to play for kids and explore the nature! Always well organised and clean with plenty of car park spaces! As extra you always have same cafes, snacks and ice cream available to buy.

This place is amazing! Only £5 in with a car for the day, and gates don't shut until 8pm. There are camping, caravan and glamping sites available. There are vans with food and drink, including a chippy, ice-cream, milkshakes, coffee, tea etc. There are so many trails to choose from, lots of parks for kids, a castle, and a doggy park. We had such a good day and we will be back for the glamping which is only £62 per night!
