One of the best soft plays around. The soft play is always clean and reset after each play session. The staff are always nice and the kitchen seems to be ran well with plenty to choose from for adults and children. The added benefit of having and outdoor play area is also really nice and helpful for any children that get overwhelmed when the indoor bit is quite busy and loud. The only thing to mention is that one of the screens inside of the soft play that usually has fish on it hasn't been working for a number of weeks now, but I did see someone go up and try attend to it last time I was there. We always enjoy our time at grasshoppers

Took our 18 month granddaughter- she absolutely loved it. Weather was fab so we could make use of the outside play area as well. Coffee was very good 👍 Maybe some of the outdoor wooden equipment could do with a sanding but everything else was fabulous and very clean. Will definitely be coming again.

We went yesterday with our kids and had a great experience. My son is 4 and my daughter is 1½, and they both absolutely loved it. There are lots of different things for the kids to do, so it keeps them entertained the whole time. The place is very versatile and well set up for young children. The staff were also really lovely and welcoming, which made the experience even better. My kids had such a good time they didn’t even want to leave! We will definitely be coming back again.

Our 4 yr old granddaughter had a great time in the soft play. Good lunch with prompt service. Friendly, pleasant staff. The only downside was the cold weather as the heating didn’t appear to be on or was very low. I left my coat on for quite a while until I warmed up.

Lovely brand new soft play! I visited with my crawling 11 month old at 9;30 on a Sunday morning. It quickly got incredibly busy, although we managed to find a table easily - you can also order food and drink to your table on your phone which makes things easier. The under 3s area was great, a really good size with plenty of sensory stuff. The only downside was it was absolutely full of big kids, in the end we complained and a member of staff made sure bigger kids weren’t going to in the babies play area. The outside bit is a really great add-on; and definitely somewhere I’ll come back in summer once my son is walking as he will love this. The only complaints I have are: toilets and baby change nowhere near big enough. You need double the amount of toilets and some more private baby changing area as it felt like absolute chaos and my son hated being changed in it. Finally, I didn’t like that the exit brought you out into the garden centre right where all the kids toys are. Things are hard enough with cost of living at the moment without coming out into the kids toy area - I’d have more respect for the garden centre shop area if you could just leave easily without having to drag your kids through it.
