A wonderful place surrounded by nature, with a huge open field where you can play badminton, ball games, or simply enjoy spending time in the sun. The animals are well cared for, and it’s приятно to see that they are being properly looked after. It would also be great to have a terrarium where visitors could hold a spider or a snake, but even without that, this place gives a lot of unforgettable and positive emotions!

Great day out weather permitting, plenty of land to walk around with woods and ponds add to the attraction. There is a park for all different ages outside the cafe. There is a little farm available to visit which asks for an optional donation of £3. Little houses for the little ones to play in, mini diggers where they dig sand, little car rides and little merry go round too. These are rides that do require payment by card (no cash) A little coffee van with other goodies and a gift shop. A good place to walk your dogs too which are allowed off their leads.

Free entry but a donation of 3 pound is suggested. Small cafe with animals like pigs lambs guinea pigs alpacas and donkeys to feed. Bottle feeding lambs is available if booked. Nice park and open field adjacent. Small car park available which is pay and display.

Definately a place to visit when you need animal therapy. I recommend visiting on a sunny day. Me and my friend went there last week and when its cloudy, most of the fur babies stayed inside. As soon as the sun peaks through, they all came out waiting to eat snacks from our hands. Animal farm is attached to a beautiful park and perfect to go on long peaceful walks. Warning its very windy 🤣 Kudos to staff members who kept the place so clean.

Graves Park is easily one of the best all-round parks in Sheffield. It’s massive, well kept, and genuinely has something for everyone—whether you’re going for a quiet walk, taking the kids out, or just want somewhere decent to grab a coffee and switch off for a bit. The standout feature is the farm. It’s free to access and really well done—loads of animals, great for kids, and it actually feels like a proper little attraction rather than an afterthought. The café nearby is solid too, nothing fancy but does the job. There’s plenty of open space, woodland walks, and a good playground, so it never feels overcrowded even on a busy day. It’s one of those parks where you can easily lose a few hours without trying. Parking (worth knowing before you go) Parking is generally reasonable, but here’s the key bit: Standard parking (hardstanding) is cheaper and goes to the council. Parking on the grass costs more, but that extra money goes directly to support the farm, not the council. That’s actually a big plus in my book—if you’re happy to pay a bit extra, you know it’s helping maintain the animals and facilities rather than disappearing into general council funds. Overall Great park, loads to do, and well worth a visit. The parking setup might catch you off guard if you don’t know about it, but once you do, it makes sense—and it’s nice knowing you can directly support the farm. Rating: 9/10 – Proper local gem.
