Went to gravity over the weekend with my 5 year old twins, friend and his 6 year old nephew. Paid over £100 for us all to go on for 2 hours. Me and my children didn’t purchase gravity socks as we already had grip socks on from another well known activity centre. After an hour of using all the facilities a young member of staff was sent down by management to advise us that we needed to go and purchase the gravity branded grip socks. I thought this was un-necessary and I went back upstairs. Only to be followed shortly by my 5 year olds who told me the staff hadn’t allowed them on anything else until I went and got their socks. Reluctantly I did so they could carry on enjoying the day. This took me an additional 10 minutes due the to reception being busy and short staffed. I have to say I found this rather petty. The place itself was enjoyable for the kid but this spoilt my experience.

Still nothing after email sent to the given email address 😅 We held a children’s party here recently and, while the kids did enjoy themselves, the overall experience was quite disappointing and poorly organised. On arrival, staff struggled to locate our booking and told us we were “in the system but the venue was actually sold out,” which wasn’t a reassuring start to what should have been a special event. Food service was also an issue. It arrived around 15 minutes late, and when it did, the host simply pushed the trolley towards us and said “you sort this out,” rather than helping organise food for the children. Ice cream was then brought out while the children were still eating, which meant it started melting and some kids were left juggling pizza and ice cream at the same time. There were also several basic items missing — no ketchup, mayonnaise, slush bottles or napkins. We were offered blue roll instead, which didn’t feel appropriate for a children’s party. Following the event, I contacted the venue and was offered a goodwill gesture, which I appreciated. However, when I attempted to respond to confirm, my email reply failed to deliver, and I was unable to get through via WhatsApp either so I take it they have blocked my contact ? In addition, I would echo what other reviews have mentioned regarding cleanliness. The venue did not appear well maintained, with visible dust and hair in areas, and an overall unpleasant smell. Overall, the event felt disorganised and below the standard expected for a children’s party booking. While the children still had fun, the experience did not match expectations, and I hope the management takes steps to improve both service and cleanliness.

We had a birthday party there. It was really nice and kids had fun. Only downside I would say in the reservation email please put that you need also surnames of the kids, I know it can be done also at the door, but saying it a week in advance feels a bit odd. As I said great place for the party and also for just day of fun

Came here with my son for a day out was great fun and very enjoyable. Keira was an amazing marshall and interacted with the kids. Will definitely be back!

Went to the toddler session first thing on a Monday morning recently having not been for about 2 years. Lady on reception was great, upbeat and friendly. Unfortunately, inside was filthy. The amount of hair and dust which had gathered was not from just a few days without cleaning and for the first session of the week, was disappointing. Fallen off plasters and wristbands lying around. Safety cushions on the edge of trampolines not in place. And while I didn’t mind skipping it, the fact the safety briefing wasn’t done possibly shows where standards are now versus a couple of years ago. Not great for little ones.
