Amazing experience of bird watching from special huts. It was great to see cormorants fishing huge fish, drying wings on the sunshine; an adult Grey Heron standing still, a young one, walking around watching the cormorant fishing and many other waterbirds.

Thank you so much for always preparing such wonderful activities. The children are completely engaged every time they visit and always have an amazing time. The staff are incredibly friendly, enthusiastic, and always encourage the children by introducing new ideas and different ways to explore and create. We absolutely love this place!

Absolute a hidden gem in east London, very suitable for family activities, couple dating activities, it’s just suitable for all ages. The entrance is by the river Thames. The wooden hut entrance tells you that’s the main entrance. In the hut, there are many books, activity kits for children. Walk through the hut, you’ll enter the trail, where you will find some bug hotels, wild flowers, bird hides. Keep walking along the wooden path, you’ll find a pond full of lily pads, you might find some frogs there. Great place for bird watching too, there are dozens of species. We came in late Jun 2026, the hot weather made the park very vibrant. Bird were singing, bugs were flying, frogs were resting on the lotus leaves.

Enjoyed the visit but needs a little tlc. Relaxing and nice walk along Thames path. Has potential but looks run down at the moment

East Greenwich Pleasaunce is a small, charming, and peaceful park in the Greenwich district of southeast London. Location: Situated near the center of Greenwich, not far from popular attractions such as Cutty Sark, Greenwich Park, and the River Thames. History: The park has a long history, having been part of private gardens before becoming a public space. It features carefully tended gardens, walking paths, lawns, and seating areas, perfect for strolls, relaxation, or small outdoor activities. I personally love taking walks in this park every weekend.
