We had a fantastic day out here last Sunday with the locals off (for those with an LL postcode) We arrived at opening time and the staff checking our bookings were friendly, welcoming and polite. We headed straight to the Green Dragon roller coaster which was so much fun! We went on it countless times as the park was very quiet. The weather forecast wasn't good but we were lucky enough to not have rain all day. The Solar Splash was such fun and we spent a lot of time experiencing both the orange and the yellow chutes. All the parks and play areas are in good condition. We appreciate the eco credentials of the roller coaster and the solar powered solar splash. There was so much to do and enjoy in the beautiful surroundings. We caught some of the magic show which the kids enjoyed and even spend some time in the soft play. All staff were friendly and professional. The only negative I would say is the drinks and snacks at the park are quite pricey (but this is true of many similar attractions) and we took a packed lunch anyway. We don't go very often as it is quite expensive for us so we appreciated the locals offer and hope this is repeated again sometime in the future.

Had a fantastic day at Greenwood Family Park! There's a great mix of rides, animals, playground activities and entertaining shows, so there's something for everyone. The park feels well laid out and contained without being too big or overwhelming. Staff were friendly throughout, food was reasonably priced, and everything was well maintained. An excellent family day out that we'd happily recommend and visit again.

What a fantastic place this is! We came with our two children (5 & 1), we arrived at 10am and stayed for the whole day. There was something for all of us to enjoy (including the adults!). The rides were great, the play areas fantastic, the theatre shows were really funny and enjoyable and we particularly enjoyed the mini beasts that were there for half term. We ate in the cafe and the food was delicious and reasonably priced too. It was our first visit but it certainly won't be our last!

Brought my 7 year old son here during the Easter holidays and it was such a lovely place. There's plenty to do but feels so calm and chilled as well. It was just the right amount of busy! We got a good few goes on all the rides and the little experiences. Everywhere looked clean and well maintained. All the staff were so friendly, esp the girl doing the face painting. She was so sweet with my son. Thanks Greenwood for such a good day!

Went with eight year old son in February half term and had a brilliant time. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Most rides were open and the cafe food was delicious. Great coffee too and soft play area. Highly recommend for families with kids of all ages.
