Came today. Car park palm trees looked a bit run down with leaves missing and looked tatty. On entry to the park was very impressed and everywere was clean and tidy. Got the 2 for 1 on the slush machine but nearly had heart failure at the price for 2 , 15 quid. Over priced in my option for what you get. Rides were good and my granddaughter loved it. Some of the ride ops looked a bit miserable and uninterested. As a person that likes to pay with cash I was disserpointed to see that everywhere was card only witch was fustrating. Found the the food low quality for the price we paid for 3 meals, £40. Tasteless burgers over cooked, the bun was over toasted. Minor amount of side source. Couple of the rides we went on were faulty ( the elephant ride, pulled lever to go up and nothing happened, the planes ride same again pressed the button to go up and nothing. The mini diggers were very intermittent in working so looks like poor maintaine or lack of fault reporting) Some areas of the park dident open till 12pm. Park grounds were clean and well maintained. Car collection was good. Some of the dinosaurs could be better and could do with a makeover, as some of them looked like they were having a sizzure. The small dinosaur boat ride, the water looked like some primoudle soup and could do with changing. All in all a good day out despite the few mentioned above items. Just being honest at what I seen and expirenced.

We recently visited Gulliver’s Valley Rotherham and, while we did have a good day overall, the park is clearly in need of some serious TLC. The attractions themselves are enjoyable and there’s plenty for younger children to do, but the overall condition of the park lets the experience down. The toilets were filthy throughout the day and they clearly have a problem with their sewerage system as the toilet water was brown, which is simply not acceptable for a family attraction. It was obvious that the park was understaffed. Some attractions closed so the staff could open another. One of the biggest frustrations was that the restaurant closed at 2pm, despite the park remaining open until 5pm. For families spending the whole day there, this seems like a strange decision and leaves very limited food options later in the afternoon. This was also on a busy Saturday. The pricing in the sweet shop was also shocking. I paid £11.50 for a football on a string and a pick-and-mix that was clearly priced at £3.50, meaning the football on a string effectively cost £8. On top of that, a slushie was £6.50, which is incredibly overpriced. A face paint also costs £5. Gulliver’s Valley Rotherham has a lot of potential and my daughter enjoyed herself, but the park needs investment in cleanliness, staffing levels and better value for money. At the moment, it feels like guests are paying premium prices for an experience that doesn’t quite match the cost.

We had a great time even though the weather took a turn for the worse and it was wet there was still plenty of rides to go on. Managed get a free child's return ticket as we did the pirate quest that was on during the bank holiday weekend. Soft play and bouncy castle was a nice activity to do whilst it was raining outside. Pizzas are overpriced as with any other theme parks, I did get some fries and a can of drink. There's also a nice area with some animals which was a nice bonus. Toilets were clean and staff were friendly.

We had a great time. Welcoming staff went above and beyond, working hard with great attention to kids and respect for guests. Lovely atmosphere, no large crowds, and no waiting time, even on a bank holiday weekend and school holiday. Clean , beautiful and relaxing place. Loads of indoor activities for any weather. Great family rides that are fun for little and big kids.

A great little theme park perfect for younger children even though my older children enjoy. Staff are very helpful and friendly. We stayed in a caravan for 1 nights. It was clean and tidy. I never like caravan beds and as usual I didn't. But it's all about your children be happy and they were.. eat at the restaurant nothing special food is ok . But the staff again are brilliant. We had a problem with food.. sort out straight away and a round of drinks for free
