I had a great time bowling, playing darts, and enjoying pool with my partner and kids—the interactive dartboard was a highlight! The staff were super attentive, and the booking process was a breeze. However, I was a bit disappointed with the food and drink prices; £5.50 for a small milkshake felt steep, especially when it was mostly cream. Overall, the gaming experience was fantastic, but I’d love to see some better options on the drink menu.
Kj made sure we had a brilliant day she is amazing ..the design the atmosphere absolutely 5* the whole day was made special with kj its a must to cone to gutterball north sheilds.
I had an epic night out! The gaming experience was a blast, and the whole family had loads of fun. The booking process was smooth, and the team were super friendly. Food and drinks were on point, although I would have loved a few more drink options at the bar. Overall, it was great value for money - can't wait to come back!
We had a brilliant night out! The bowling lanes were spot on and perfect for our big group, plus the karaoke booths were beautifully decorated with a great song selection. Service was top-notch too; our drinks and food arrived quickly, and the team really knew how to make our experience enjoyable. Can’t wait to visit again!
The experience of booking on my iOS device was frustrating. It kept saying the times were unavailable, then after going back and changing the times, it still wouldn’t let me complete the booking process—despite showing the times as available. Who says internet booking is the answer to everything if it doesn’t work? In the end, I resorted to the trusty telephone and spoke to a real human being who was very helpful. We paid for 2 games for 2 children and 2 adults, which came to around £42. To pay, we were sent a secure link and completed the payment online. On arrival, I explained how we booked, hoping the person I spoke to on the phone would be there (based on their tone of voice), but unfortunately they weren’t. However, the staff on site were still helpful and got us set up with our lane for 2 games as we had done. After the first game, the screen went off. When I went over to ask about it, I was told we had only paid for 1 game—making me look like a fool. I had to argue my case, and eventually the staff member backtracked and allowed us to play our second game. When I later checked the pricing, £42 is indeed the correct price for 2 games for 2 children and 2 adults. Trying to fob me off like that, especially when the cost of going out—let alone putting food on the table—is tough for a lot of people, was disappointing. It’s a shame, because as a venue it’s nice, with its neon glow and good gaming areas. The staff were generally pleasant; I just don’t like being lied to. The icing on the cake was receiving an email asking me to review my experience, only to find the survey itself was faulty—the answer choices didn’t work, so I couldn’t complete it. The owners really need to fix their software, as the issues persisted even when trying different devices.
