The soft play was closed before 5:00 when it said 5:00 and I drived really far to get here on a weekend so it should be open

A big shout out to Luc (Gym Fitness Coach). Luc went above and beyond in supporting me through my first gym visit. Luc is incredibly knowledgeable and he maintained encouragement throughout my time there. I left the Leisure Centre having had a very good experience. We mainly use the swimming pool and changing rooms, so I cannot comment on the rest of the leisure centre. All the staff we have dealt with have been pleasant and friendly, particularly the reception staff who greet us when we arrive. The swimming teachers have also been excellent and are one of the most redeeming qualities of the centre. Unfortunately, the changing rooms and toilets are dreadful and appear to need much more frequent and thorough cleaning. On some days, there is an overpowering smell of urine as soon as you enter the changing rooms. After dropping our towel on the floor and picking it back up, the towel had a very strong smell of urine, which made us seriously question the cleanliness of the floor. I appreciate that staff cannot prevent every customer from behaving inconsiderately, but the facilities should be checked and cleaned regularly enough to remain hygienic and reasonably fresh. It is a real shame because, if we eventually stop coming here, it will not be because of the staff or the swimming lessons. It will be because we can no longer tolerate walking into changing facilities filled with the stench of urine.

The water was freezing, my baby's lips were blue and she was shaking, se were only in there for 5 minutes before we got out and asked for a refund. Their answer? "It's at room tempurature". I then asked a cafe woman that i like to speak to about it, she said the same thing and that she hasn't gone in since. Another problem was the changing rooms: it was MIXED! Personally i hated that as a youn female with a baby, seeing tons of men around a lot of young/ kid aged girls. Not to be sexist but i have my concerns at that. Freezing water. Mixed Changing rooms. Never going again. 1 Star

Very well priced and well equipped gym. The membership is exceptionally good value, including classes and access to the pool. Also has a large soft play area and tenpin bowling downstairs.
