Staff are polite, gym equipment is modern and easy to use, pool size is fine, shared changing rooms could use abit more attention when being cleaned. Biggest draw back is the lifeguards on shift for public swims are about as useful as knees on a fish. More often than not other members of the public will be disruptive, refuse to use the preset swim lanes correctly or outright dangerous and the life guards will just sit and watch. Its not down to staff but certain swimmers have no hygiene awareness either, often coming in stinking so bad to the point you choke on the air when they’re around. Overall very good experience just wish more could be done in regards to a few that ruin it for all

The front desk staff are friendly. I had called ahead and was told I could use the small pool for a disabled person. The pool staff are on some kind of power trip, saying we couldn't use the pool. To save face we moved over to the larger pool. Then we was told we couldn't go past the flags. Honestly don't know why when the individual could swim.

Sharing details of my own EXPERIENCE as requested! The pool is good, no issues, just the selfishness of the users ! In the public section as opposed to lanes why do some think they can monopolise one lane? Several people were swimming lanes this afternoon and 2 swimmers in particular were very selfish, forcing me to move across from them several times…otherwise we would have crashed . Should it not be give and take in the public section, you know who you are, and you are not special, you should be considerate, women in black cap swimming crawl closer to the side and male in dark goggles swimming alongside the rope. We are all there for the same reason so just display some manners!

Excellent classes. Lovely staff. Good Aircon. General get slightly older people in the day so gym isn't intimidating

My Daugther likes it here she only one thought the kids pool would have been more easier to access though and thought they may have more public sessions for the pool other then lane swimming. Soft play ok nothing mega special it Oki for what you pay for it
