We We came today for Paintball and we spent a lot of money there the birthday boy got shot back of the head close range and I never birthday party boy got shot in the neck while he had his gun in the air reported to 2 staff members but nothing was said so two of my birthday children backed out because of this so disappointing so I wasted money

Quite poorly organised and maps arent well designed. Often waited too long between rounds and a whole day session could have easily been compressed in to half a day if the guns were recharged with gas quicker.

Warning: The photos below may be shocking — view at your own risk. While paintballing is usually great fun, this venue was shockingly poorly managed. The facilities were absolutely disgusting. The toilets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned since the place first opened, and when we raised this with staff, they just laughed it off. I have genuinely seen cleaner portable toilets in Iraq. The management team running the safety brief came across as arrogant. At the end of a very poor safety briefing, they asked if anyone had questions. When kids (quite reasonably) asked questions, it seemed like answering them was a chore. The seating area in the so-called safety zone was also shocking — bird droppings all over the benches and smeared across the walls of the shelters. There were exposed wires and broken chairs in the staging area. The entire site looked underfunded and badly maintained. The only positive was the lad who was actually in the game area with us — he seemed like a genuinely nice guy. I wouldn’t go back, and if this had been a children’s party, I would have taken my child home immediately.

It looks like fun. I was just picking up but my grandson loved it. If I was asked how it can be improved I'd say the compound could be tidied up. There was a lot of discarded stuff and litter, dirty tables and wet dirt underfoot although some concrete areas. There's a couple of vending machines in an area that is kept tidy and is roofed with dry concrete underfoot, and well lit. However the gents toilets could have done with some attention and the door had sagged. It just needs a bit of attention all round to be raised the standard.

My son was invited to an 8 year old birthday party here and it was a great day all round. Beautiful serene outdoor setting, loads of fun to be had, everyone loved it, including the parents. We had a lovely relaxing sit and chat surrounded by the forest. There was a tiny wait for a cuppa so the staff member gave them to us on the house, a lovely gesture that was unnecessary but so appreciated. Will definitely be back. Great that children can do laser while adults can do paintball, really clever. Love the abandoned places and tanks, really add to the atmosphere and the photos of the kids in their kit are so cute!
