Hamptonne Country Life Museum is an open-air historical farmstead located in the heart of St Lawrence, Jersey, that showcases six centuries of the island's rural and agricultural history. Managed by Jersey Heritage, the estate consists of beautifully restored granite farmhouses, working outbuildings, and acres of orchards and fields populated by traditional farm livestock. Dave our guide made the experience an unforgettable one. Very witty and knowledgeable. Seems like great place for everyone of all ages to have a great day out. Our group of older guys also had a great time😁 Being Irish free cider was a huge bonus😂

What a fantastic place to visit. Great for young families with a nice cafe, lots of farm animals and interesting history. Definitely worth a visit, and potentially staying over night. Also try the cider, strong and very nice.

We really enjoyed our visit—the staff were welcoming from the moment we arrived, and the whole place had a lovely atmosphere. It was fascinating to get a glimpse of how things were done in the past, and seeing the Jersey calves was a real highlight. It made for a great day out, especially if you’re looking for something a bit different. It’s also a brilliant spot for families, as there’s plenty for children to enjoy. They brought in sheep and lamb a few days before we visited the place.

Best day out in a long time! I hadn't been in years, and wondered if it would be as great as I remembered from when I was a kid. I actually think I loved it more now! Beautiful historical buildings, so many gorgeous animals to appreciate- feeding the chickens was the best! And the staff were so lovely. I can't wait to go back
