Nice clean place but the customer service is so bad. Was told the kitchen was closed, then 20/30mins later hot food goes to another table (you'd think they would come over and mention that its back open) so we order for my daughter a single kids meal waited another 20 mins to be told the order never went through to the kitchen. Won't be back.

Genuinely why is this place still open. Staff, particularly one teenage girl treated my child like he was a JOKE. My child doesn’t do anything particularly wild, he is autistic and prefers to keep to himself and enjoy his time in play areas alone. He simply keeps quiet and doesn’t enjoy being forced into anything, which one particular girl made him feel. She also took 45 MINUTES to get my food to us, while I watched her chat to her colleagues. Genuinely thought this place closed a few years ago and at this point, it should’ve.

Will not be back! First time visiting today and safe to say it's the last. 55 min wait on our food which is VERY difficult with a hungry 20m old. Food came and chips were cold and hard....like eating leather. There was also no governance on age restricted areas. Under 4 section had multiple children over age running riot. Due to this my young child was slapped multiple times for no reason and I had to step in several times and end up removing my child from the situation. Whilst this is not the venues fault, what is their fault is again no governance over the rule that all children in the under 4 section should be supervised from an adult. Very disappointed.

Since when does the stage get closed off from the children so adults can dance?? Been a while since I was there and my wee granddaughter got told to "get off were dancing" she's 2 years old. It used to be the children we're on stage and the adults "dancing" were on the floor Infront of the stage. Place wasn't overly busy. Where it would be a safety hazard. I just left the place quite annoyed. And management said they're out the back they don't see the front staff. Mayb they should actually pay attention. If their staff can be rude to tiny children and they're not paying attention as management are supposed to. Anything could happen.

Absolutely amazing wee place. My daughter had the best time for her birthday. If you’re looking for somewhere affordable, relaxed and enjoyable to throw your child’s birthday I recommend it over and over. Such attentive and lovely staff. Loads of room - and what’s best about it that it’s not crammed because of the size of the building and the size of party rooms. AMAZING.
