Nice walking park with children play area, local football (and cricket) pitches pavilion has toilets & cafe/bar but not sure if open during week, we went to watch football match on a Saturday. Medium size car park (free)

The park is so relaxing and always proactive! I’ve done walks/runs in the mornings and it’s so quiet and peaceful.

Good walk with a mixture of pavement, nice combination of moderate hills and flat stretches, suitable for most activities especially walking, hiking and mountain biking. Immaculately clean. There is few car parks quite small though, but it's free of charge.

Beautiful park in Harold Wood with nature walk next to it. Dog friendly. Toddler play area is great as well. Also has a bowling area next to it as well as cricket grounds and basketball courts.
